أصدر الدكتور عاصم الجزار، وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، 4 قرارات لإزالة مخالفات البناء الواقعة بقطع أراضٍ تحت ولاية ( جهاز تنمية بني سويف الجديدة )، مؤكداً ضرورة منع المخالفات بجميع صورها، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة ضد المخالفين، بهدف القضاء على الظواهر العشوائية بالمدن الجديدة، وأن هناك تعليمات بذلك لرؤساء أجهزة المدن، وهذه مسئوليتهم المباشرة.

ونصت القرارات على أن تزال بالطريق الإداري مخالفات البناء المقامة بقطعة أراضِ سكنية بمناطق ابني بيتك 2 و بالحي السكني السادس بمنطقة ابني بيتك 1، والمتمثلة في بناء سور و”تقفيل” بلكونة خلفية بالدور الأرضي والدور العلوي، وبناء قواطع مبان بالردود الخلفي وصب سقف الردود الخلفي بدور ثان، وغير ذلك من مخالفات، بالمخالفة للرسومات الهندسية وتراخيص البناء الصادرة للقطع.
كما نصت القرارات على أن يتولى جهاز تنمية ( بني سويف الجديدة ) بمعاونة كل من شرطة التعمير وقسم الشرطة المختص تنفيذ الإزالات
The Minister of Housing, Utilities & Urban Communities, Assem el Gazzar, issued four Ministerial Decrees to remove irregularities in the buildings of New Beni Suef City.
These decrees are an integral part of the ministry’s plan to address violations and bring order back to the new city, which has seen an exponential number of violations in recent years.
The first decree is aimed at regulating the sale of unregistered apartments in Beni Suef City, while the second will impose fines on any illegal constructions or alterations made within the buildings of the new city. The third decree, meanwhile, will force building owners to adhere to the provisions of the unified building regulations applicable in Beni Suef City.
The fourth and final decree issued concerns the appointment of a professional engineer from the technical office of the Ministry of Urban Affairs for a full period of two weeks to ensure that any unregistered constructions and/or alterations done inside the new city are demolished or removed.
The issuance of these decrees signifies the importance the ministry places upon the orderly development of the new city. The decrees are expected to bring about much needed order and stability to the city’s real estate sector, while providing a safer environment for its citizens.
